Video: Getting the Most Out of Navo

In this video, we’re going to explore the various resources that are available for learning how to use Navo.

Navo Tutorials come in three different varieties:

First, are the “How-To” videos. Those are most of the videos here on this Tutorials page. They are grouped together into categories like “Dimensions” and “Diving”, and hopefully have intuitive enough names that if you’re trying to figure out how to do something, you can find them quickly and easily. They’ll walk you through the process in a few steps, and will use our demo data, available via the “Sample Data” button.

Second, we have the “Story” videos. These are also here in the Tutorial display, in the “Use Cases” category. These are designed to show you how to accomplish a particular goal in Navo. They’ll typically be a little longer, and will involve multiple different pieces of functionality. For example, the first Story video - “A Christmas Story” explores different ways we can understand a dip in sales during the Christmas season.

Finally, we have “Context” videos. These are videos that are available in certain parts of the interface. You’ve probably already watched one - the “Introduction” video, but these are the videos that pop up when you hit that little “Tutorial Video” button at the top right of many displays. They’ll cover every control in that display and what it’s for, but you may find that you want to explore a How-To video to go more into detail on some control or another.
